Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By confirming a booking online, by email, or by signing our booking form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of your party.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Guest) and Amiral Cruises for Presidents® (the Merchant). We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any amendments shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

I. Rate Basis

• All rates are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or equivalent US Dollars (USD).
• Rates are:
• Per person for day cruises, half-day cruises, and sunset cruises
• Per cabin, per night, based on double occupancy for overnight cruises
• Rates include:
• Service charge
• Government taxes
• Rates are non-commissionable unless otherwise stated in a written contract.
• All rates are subject to availability and contractual conditions at the time of booking.

II. Cruise Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions

Cruising within regulated inland and coastal waters is subject to approval by the relevant Port Authority. Sailing permissions are reviewed daily and, in certain circumstances, may only be confirmed on the day of departure.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, tropical storms, fog, or force majeure circumstances, the Port Authority may restrict, delay, or cancel cruising activities for safety reasons.

Cancellation by Amiral Cruises

If a cruise is cancelled by Amiral Cruises for Presidents® for any reason, guests will receive a full refund of cruise services paid.

Transportation (Weather-Related)
• For day trips and half-day tours, Amiral Cruises provides pick-up and drop-off services within Districts 1, 2, 3, and 4 of Ho Chi Minh City, where applicable.
• Guests using third-party transportation services must liaise directly with their providers.
• Transportation costs are non-refundable in the event of weather-related cruise cancellations.

Operational Adjustments Due to Weather

For safety and operational reasons:
• Itineraries, excursion routes, and dining venues may be adjusted without prior notice
• Outdoor dining or activities may be relocated onboard
• No refunds apply for itinerary modifications caused by weather or safety conditions

Vessel Inspections

Unscheduled inspections by maritime or governmental authorities may result in:
• Itinerary changes
• Delayed departure
• Early disembarkation

No refunds apply in such cases, as these inspections are beyond the control of Amiral Cruises.

Important Guest Awareness

Guests acknowledge and accept that:
• Sailing permits may be denied due to sudden weather changes or fog
• Weather forecasts may change rapidly
• Conflicting information may arise prior to final Port Authority decisions
• Passenger safety is our absolute priority

Amiral Cruises for Presidents® fully complies with all decisions issued by Port Authorities and maritime regulators.

III. Refund of Unused Services

No refunds shall be granted for:
• Unused accommodation
• Meals
• Excursions
• Onboard services

once the cruise has commenced, regardless of personal circumstances.

IV. Liability & Insurance

Amiral Cruises for Presidents® shall not be held liable for losses, damages, delays, or disruptions caused by force majeure, including but not limited to:
• Adverse weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Governmental or Port Authority actions
• Mechanical or safety-related interruptions

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and strongly recommended. Insurance should cover:
• Medical expenses
• Emergency evacuation
• Personal accident and liability

Guests travel at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring adequate coverage.

V. Booking Confirmation

Booking confirmations will be issued by email within 24 hours of receipt of required booking details and deposit.
In the event of any delay, guests will be informed promptly.

VI. Children & Extra Bed Policy

• First child under 5 years old, sharing a bed with parents: Free of charge
• Second child under 5 years old: 40% of adult rate
• Children from 5 to 11 years old: 70% of adult rate
• Children 12 years and above: 90% of adult rate and considered adults
• Two children under 12 years old sharing one cabin: 90% of cabin rate

Extra beds are included where applicable and subject to cabin configuration.

VII. Passenger Information

Passenger details must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to check-in, including:
• Full name (as per passport)
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Passport number and visa expiry date
• Contact telephone number

Guests must carry their passport during the cruise for verification by authorities.

VIII. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payment Methods

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)
• Bank Transfer
• Cash

Credit Card Fees

• Direct bookings: No additional fee
• Third-party bookings:
• Visa / MasterCard / JCB: 3.5%
• Amex & others: 4.5%

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees vary depending on:
• Booking type (FIT, GIT, Charter)
• Timeframe prior to departure

Full cancellation tables apply as published and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Final Payment Schedule

• 30% deposit required upon booking confirmation
• Full payment required:
• Less than 60 days prior to departure (GIT)
• Less than 45 days prior to departure (FIT)

Late payment may result in automatic cancellation without further notice.
